Since 1990, I have spent part of each year working in Romania and more
recently in India. The team I have been part of have been able to
operate on almost six hundred children with facial deformities
(with a refreshing absence of bureaucracy and 'targets') and pay back some of the expense of my training,
as well as training Surgeons and Nurses there.
